I have tried Adobe Premiere cs3 and I cannot import m2ts files from my Canon HF200. It claims it to be a unsupported format. It would be nice because Encore would burn to a dvd disc without encoding. Does anybody know a cheap work around to accomplishing this? I have a fortune in software and can't accomplish the task.
12.HELP HELP!!! Panasonic SD600 Video Editing
Just bought a Panasonic SD600. I'm going to buy my first laptop very soon and need to know what specs it should have to be able to edit videos I record? This camera has 1080P 60fps capability and I've read reviews that claim it's a processor power eater when it comes to editing and processing your videos. I'm trying to go bang for the buck cheap but want the laptop to be capable and adequate when it comes to editing. Do I need to forget about 1080P 60fps and record in 1080I? If so, then what will I need in laptop specs? What software is best?
Thanks to all who step up and reply. |

question 1:
Aunsoft MTS/M2TS Converter can help you convert HF200 AVCHD video to WMV,MPEG-2 for premiere cs 3.
question 2:
If you are going to my a macbook, FCP 7 is very recommended for you, it can edit your sd600 video with 1080p quality. And you can also use Aunsoft MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac to converter AVCHD to FCP7. |

| Well, I have a Panasonic TM700 which can record 1080/60p AVCHD and I used to edit the video with HD Writer AE on my Dell XPS. Although HD Writer is free software, I'm very satisfied with its editing ability; it's very easy to use. But it for Windows OS only.Last week I got a new Macbook Pro to replace my old Dell XPS. And found the HD Writer can't work on Mac , So I download this MTS Converter for Mac from Mac APP Store immediately, it is very easy to use. It's just like I'm using HD Writer on Mac! For solve the HD Cam question, it's worth trying ! |
